Your key security is our top priority. Keys are stored in a locked key lockbox, never labeled with your address, and only used during your scheduled visits. We can also work with lockboxes or smart locks if you prefer. Key handoff is done in person at your free meet & greet.

We walk rain or shine — your dog's routine stays consistent no matter the weather. We bring towels to dry paws before re-entering your home, and we shorten routes for safety during thunderstorms. You'll always get a heads-up if severe weather requires us to adjust the visit.

We ask for 24-hour notice for single walk cancellations — no charge if you cancel before then. For weekly packages, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with 7 days notice. Life happens, and we try to be as flexible as possible for our Windsor Estates families.

Your dog always walks solo — just them and us. We never mix clients' dogs in a single walk. This keeps each walk personalized, safe, and focused entirely on your dog's pace, needs, and enjoyment.

Yes — fully insured with pet care liability coverage. In the very unlikely event of an emergency, we will contact you and your vet immediately. We have your pet's vet information on file from the meet & greet and follow your specific emergency instructions exactly.

Absolutely. We specialize in patient, personalized care for dogs with anxiety, medical needs, or special behavioral requirements. The free meet & greet gives us time to understand your dog's unique personality before any paid visit. We've successfully cared for fearful rescues, reactive dogs, and elderly pups requiring medication.
